About me
I am an Assistant Professor of Population and Public Health Sciences in the Keck School of Medicine of University of Southern California (USC).
Prior to joining USC, I was a postdoctoral researcher working with Andrew Gelman in Department of Statistics at Columbia University and Bob Carpenter at Flatiron Institute. I received my doctoral degree in Biostatistics under the supervision of Sudipto Banerjee from Department of Biostatistics at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2020. I graduated from School of Mathematical Science at Fudan University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and applied mathematics in 2014.
My research interests span the topics of statistical modeling and analysis for geographically referenced data, Bayesian statistics (theory and methods), statistical computing and related software development.
